Tony is fantastic
I had an issue with an AVIS car I picked up at the San Diego airport. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of the airport rental center again, so I checked for a location close to Escondido. This Poway location had the best reviews. I couldn't agree more. Tony was fantastic. He found a replacement car for me and held it until the following morning. I highly recommend this location and thank Tony for his outstanding customer support.
This place is a scam they will steal your money ! Do not trust them with your credit card ! They say they are charging by the week, but at the end of the rental oh boy get ready !!!!! They will charge you everything all in one so you cannot decipher what you were actually charged for !!!! Tons of fees and when you call to extend your rental they will tell you they are charging you but they are not, they DO NOT send weekly invoices if you are renting weekly !!!!! Stay away from this place
