We always receive great service at this Avis location and always return here to rent. It is mainly because of the personable and knowledgeable treatment of our rental process by Tony. He always makes an effort to get us an appropriate vehicle. We always comment amongst ourselves that ‘Tony came through again’ as we are enjoying the rental!
Probably my best car rental experience ever! Tony was professional and friendly. Picking up and dropping off was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!

You cannot have a more customer friendly manager than Tony! Every time I go to Avis Poway I am welcomed with a smile and he makes sure that my needs are addressed.
I only rent from this location... Great service and clean cars and it's all because Tony, the owner, makes everything very smooth and stress free. Most importantly its his character.. he treats people as real human beings, something quite rare nowadays. Why would you want to go elsewhere?
