This Avis location in Corona CA (Temescal Village Plaza) is run by a thug and a scamming manager that gives bad name to Avis. None of the other Avis locations operated like this. After 6wks of renting, I reserved another 4wk-contract with a different class (full size) car. This manager didn't want to give me a full size car, so he told me to continue driving the compact CX50 from the expiring contract. SK and staff were so helpful and courteous through my experience with renting a car. The car was economical which was a blessing for me. I was grateful that I was given the option to return the car on Sat. Thank you again SK and staff at the Avis in Corona. I will be sure to return.
This is my go to local Avis for both work and personal use. Up front pricing, great selection, and always top notch customer service.
Noor customer service was beyond on point. I reserved a mini van and the last second got one for me that is a hybrid. One of the best car rental customer experience I had, I highly recommend Avis in corona.
