I am a regular who rents more than a year now. I had an exceptional experience with Avis in Corona, especially with Noor. The entire team was professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely great to deal with. What impressed me the most was something that went far beyond normal customer service. I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton bag behind, which had several important personal items inside.
