The car worked for one day to drive from the airport to S. Padre Island. The next day, the battery died. Despite our high status, they wanted to charge us for assistance with their non-working vehicle. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.
Excellent service
I picked up a rental car in San Antonio and drove it to Brownsville. On the way the tire pressure of one of my tires started plummeting. I went over to Avis of Brownsville. Connie was very helpful directed me 10 minutes down the road to Pep boys and they fixed my tire with no charge. Thank you Connie for being so helpful and thank you Avis I will definitely rent from you again!
I had an issue that wasn’t even related to their counter, and they could have just refused to help or asked me to come in person to fix my reservation. Instead, they went above and beyond to make all the necessary changes. Thank you so much—you guys are absolute lifesavers!
