Great staff very helpful and friendly. One of the best AVIS locations. Only if they can do express check in for preferred Costumers will be perfect.
The car worked for one day to drive from the airport to S. Padre Island. The next day, the battery died. Despite our high status, they wanted to charge us for assistance with their non-working vehicle. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.
Excellent service
I picked up a rental car in San Antonio and drove it to Brownsville. On the way the tire pressure of one of my tires started plummeting. I went over to Avis of Brownsville. Connie was very helpful directed me 10 minutes down the road to Pep boys and they fixed my tire with no charge. Thank you Connie for being so helpful and thank you Avis I will definitely rent from you again!
