Great customer service
Quick pick up and drop off. Car was clean and great condition. Lots of reviews regarding terrible customer service experience - not my experience at all. I’d rent from here again.
I wish I could give this rental experience 0 stars. The customer service rep was so rude and dismissive that it seemed that he did not want the business. He was also very unhygienic, enough said there. One of the other folks had to apologize for his behaviour.. This is absolutely the last time I go to this location, or AVIS for that matter. It's so strange to deal with someone who does not want to be there.
