I wish I could give this rental experience 0 stars. The customer service rep was so rude and dismissive that it seemed that he did not want the business. He was also very unhygienic, enough said there. One of the other folks had to apologize for his behaviour.. This is absolutely the last time I go to this location, or AVIS for that matter. It's so strange to deal with someone who does not want to be there.
Hi, i am trying to be honest . I wouldn't not even give this location 1 star the guy here is not co-operating with his customers. Yelling and screaming , he ask me 2 pc of id I provided him, he ask me 2 phone numbers and I only have one phone number then after he refused to rent me a car that was paid online .. Very very terrible service .
We’ve rented from Avis a few times before and always had a smooth, pleasant experience until this visit. The person helping us this time (a South Asian man, I believe) came across as really dismissive and unfriendly. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. It’s not hard to be kind, especially in a customer facing role. Hoping this was just a one-off and not the norm for this location.
Avis Victoria Park and Occonor is by far the best branch I have visited. The team is well led by Philip and the cars are always well cleaned and reliable. Keep up the great service.
