My recent experience with Avis is a clear case of why you can never let your guard down. Despite having an agreed-upon reservation time, I was left waiting for an hour before being assigned a vehicle. When I finally got the keys, to my frustration, the car's fuel tank was completely empty, forcing an immediate, unplanned stop at a gas station before I could even begin my trip. How are you a manager and you don’t know the company policies. The so called Manager Ashley, refused my secondary form of payment to closeout my rental. I told Ashley that I’ve done this at several Avis rental locations and this is the only one that won’t allow it which is strange. I’m writing this review to thank Gabriel for his hospitality, we arrived with my dad without any reservations expecting nothing but still coming with a little hope since a friend of mine came weeks earlier and rented a car there. She recommended me this place since Gabriel was really helpful and nice with her and her friend.
