Hello sir, We came to your agency the 3rd of April to inform you that the car had been towed and needed to be recovered by Avis. I was shocked and surprised when my friend told me that instead of retrieve the car, you extended the rental WITHOUT INFORMING US during 10 days, applying late fees and insurance fees, and process payment authorizations on his account until his bank limits had been exceeded!!!
