The problem here is not the renting of a car, it’s the rude attitude of your Sunday morning clerk! If you can’t deal in a nice way with an irate customer, then you shouldn’t be working with the public! When working with the public you can’t make sarcastic comments as the customer is walking away! I would never recommend this company, especially the one at Lynchburg terminal! There workers are rude (I worked in management for a restaurant for 12 yrs) and you don’t treat people the way that woman did this morning!!
