The SUV I picked up on 07/12 was very new with only 7938 miles. It was absolutely filthy. It was obvious it had not been detailed. It had not quite 1/4 of a tank of gas. There was no washer fluid in the reservoir. Whomever rented the vehicle prior must have filled it with dogs. It was awful. I had to go home and detail the car before I felt comfortable hardly sitting in it. Had I not been under the gun to drive 8 hours to see a sick parent I would have declined to accept the vehicle. The customer service desk for check out and check in were friendly and knowledgeable. The Suburban that I rented needed to be cleaned better, the defrost wouldn't clear the windows and we think it was because the windows had not been cleaned. When the vehicle got hot, it almost smelled like someone had been sick in it.

Good local pickup No Prefered setup [contract needs to be created each time] Plan pick up away from flight schedule as the line can be large Great team, very helpful. Theresa is a life saver for a situation earlier. There isn't a way to get to anyone on the phone if they are also on the phone; rollover goes to central customer service
