I had an outstanding experience at the Avis Rent-A-Car location at Lynchburg General Airport, thanks to Tiffany and Jennifer. As the CEO of a security company, I needed a reliable vehicle, and they went above and beyond to get me into a 2026 Wagoneer. They even upgraded my rental while reducing the price. I would first like to say that Tiffany provided the absolute BEST customer service today (8.24.26)towards me! I hope her manager sees this & gives her the recognition she deserves. My day started at National/Enterpise w/ a booking I made yesterday & when I arrived they stated my reservation was visible but no cars available for me.
