2.7 as a rating speaks for itself. If I could give this place lower than a star, I would. They play this game where they try to get you to upgrade or change the car you reserve, and then charge you a convenience fee of over $100 for. Then they act stupid when you question them on it.. This place is so bad you are better off walking to where you need to go. They suck.
I’ve been involved in a car accident by someone who was renting a car by them. They were at fault and they’re not trying to pay for the damages.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
I ordered a car online the day before.From a third party i got there. I was treated badly from the black lady that worked there.This place sucks. I hope they go out of business. I don't\n Even give it a one star.
Customer service was great but, the interior of the waiting area is very outdated with only two chairs to sit. This location does get busy and it needs a larger waiting area or just a new location in general.
