Im sure people find their self in a bad spot when renting a car sometimes, but my experience here was better than 5 star. Priscilla went above and beyond to hemp me when my truck broke down. I haven't rented a car in forever and the ways have changed. They helped in every way possible and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
To be completely honest , this rental experience has been the most simple and pleasant interaction I have ever had. Completely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company and specific location to anyone. From now on I will use this location and Avis for all my vehicular rental needs. Thanks again !! 🫶
2 stars SO FAR because pick up was quick and easy, the car was great, BUT THEN - my return was for Sunday morning. From what I saw online, Avis is closed on Sundays. I arrive, make sure I’ve left nothing in the car, then am stopped by an older gentleman in work clothes (plain, nothing I saw indicating he works for Avis or even Budget) asking for the key. I questioned it, thinking this is weird. He asked if it’s filled up, I was honest and told him no, so he said if I don’t fill it up, he will and he’ll “take it to the top.” ... read more
I like the rental place and have no issues with that
DO NOT USE AVIS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I had a rent and received a $35 parking ticket Avis then billed me $100 for the $35 dollar ticket. The paper work i received gave me a a website to make payment I tried with 3 different computers at 3 different locations could not make a payment. I then tried the pay by phone option only to have no one answer again on three different occasions.
