Customer service was great but, the interior of the waiting area is very outdated with only two chairs to sit. This location does get busy and it needs a larger waiting area or just a new location in general.
I'll be going all over social media with this. I booked a Chevy Tahoe or similar class vehicle for a trip because we needed extra seats and extra space. When I got to the location, they gave me a Grand Highlander, a full class smaller than what I booked, stating that it was the biggest vehicle they carried. Being in a bind since I had 5 other people dependent on me getting this car for a trip beginning the next morning, I reluctantly accepted the vehicle. Im sure people find their self in a bad spot when renting a car sometimes, but my experience here was better than 5 star. Priscilla went above and beyond to hemp me when my truck broke down. I haven't rented a car in forever and the ways have changed. They helped in every way possible and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
To be completely honest , this rental experience has been the most simple and pleasant interaction I have ever had. Completely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company and specific location to anyone. From now on I will use this location and Avis for all my vehicular rental needs. Thanks again !! 🫶
