I came here to pick up my rental car from Avis. I scheduled to pick up two days ago just to find out after a 30-minute drive to the location that they don't have cars. Waste of time. A phone call or email should have been in place. Update: 2026 Feb still a trash location. Can barely offer you assistance call to reserve a vehicle to get met with a host of extra things to do have plenty of money for the car but just got to jump through so many hoops to rent anything here.
Just met Abby and she is absolutely wonderful!! I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! She was an absolute delight to work with and I can’t thank her enough for the experience ❤️❤️❤️

The Location Manager, Karla, and Rebecca has been phenomenal with their customer service! If you are looking for a rental location that provides full transparency to any of your questions, I would certainly suggest renting from this location!
