Carla, who works at the front counter, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. I had mistakenly rented through Budget instead of Avis, and instead of helping me, she was more focused on pointing out that I was wrong. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in, was respectful, and assisted me. When Carla butted back in, I politely asked her not to, but she continued. The Avis Car Rental location was an awesome experience! Not only renting my first EV, but with the Avis team as was, fantastic service. I felt welcomed since day one. Highly recommend this place. Shout out to Hasim, he helped a lot in the process!
