This is twice now that I have been told that no cars were available. Both reservations have been put in well in advance of picking up the car. The first time I went in person. Was told the car was not available. I would have to pay for an upgrade. The second time I received a call on the day for the pick up and was told that no cars were available. I've rented a lot of cars at a lot of different companies up and down the East Coast over the last 15 months and I can tell you that the people at his location are awesome.
the reviews you are reading are true, car was dirty when i got the car, this place is a joke charged $250 because a tire went flat. Unacceptable
I see several bad reviews but we have rented vehicles here 4 times since 2024 and have had nothing but positive experiences. Twice the vehicle type we reserved was not available but they took care of us. We have interacted with several employees and they have all been helpful and professional but Veronica goes above and beyond to make us fill appreciated as valued customers. She deserves a raise and promotion!
Absolute joke. Don’t waste time.
