Veronica and nohemi and are excellent in every sense of the word, they patient, kind , and helpful . The most important part is they didn’t make me feel small or like I was an inconvenience. Those two ladies are what the standard for customer service
A day before my scheduled pickup, I received a call from the Avis location informing me that the vehicle I reserved hadn’t been returned by the previous customer. Their solution? I could still get a car — but only if I paid $80–$100 more to upgrade. I made it clear that I shouldn’t be penalized for someone else’s failure to return a car. Deceiving business practice at this location. Made an online pre-paid reservation, meaning the vehicle is available. NO, they called claiming opposite, suggesting to rent SUV and of course pay extra. Also, AVIS refused to credit me points for my reservation. Beware!
