Booked a vehicle. Went to pick it up and the employee was very unfriendly and even rude. It was disgusting how people can be towards one another
No customer service at all, rude, unprofessional and you absolutely will regret using this location. Watch out and stay away until they go out of business which I am sure is coming.
Corporate does not communicate with the branches. This location is good, but after making a change to my reservation online and calling to confirm, the branch did not have availability. The company needs to be more considerate of the branches and customers.
Sorry my review for my good review to a bad review. I. Had a car from. Them. And had it for about 4 months then I let it go back and needed it again got to the location and was told that I could not get the car with out a credit card now for 4 months never had a credit card at all. Paid for the car on time each time now my credit a problem here the owner tell it and just know paid. Good money for that car too
