WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD after drop off and SAVE YOUR GAS RECEIPTS - even though they noted 8/8 fuel on the form, they charged me $24.54 for a completely full tank. They don't answer their phone so you have to call AVIS corporate to dispute. I highly recommend you take pictures of the gas tank on the car before drop off too. I have never had this happen to me at an AVIS location. Also, whoever did the intake on my car got the mileage wildly wrong (odometer on the online receipt was off by about 1000). If you are like me who is used to complimentary car upgrades from other airports as a rewards member,this is not the right location for you. Its a straight no from them even if you ask for an upgrade to a tiny SUV from an intermediate car. The distance from the AVIS car rental desk to the pick up and return parking lot is a bit challenging if you have luggage. The rental desk is however located facing the baggage claim area.

The staff was deceptive. While they did say that cars are available initially as soon as they learned that we needed a replacement, they bluntly said no availability. Made us wait 20 mins in queue for nothing!

Watch out for hidden fees. Front desk shows a standard carrier fee listed with nothing over $30.00 per day. Rent car for 3 days and was charged over $120.00. I didn't get the car I had reserved for 2 weeks and car came with no windshield fluid.

They did not let me rent saying they do not accept probation licenses. This is not mentioned anywhere in the terms. I have rented on the same license multiple times, this was the first time I have heard something like this. It almost derailed all my plans. However, the car we received was a new Civic and was very clean.
