The lady in the counter not even listen to me , she is rude , i am came for my car extension. I took car for 24hours and she charged me two days money and give me receipt, she took keys and return is done now i cant do anything need to contact manger she told me , i went for 1 more day extension and now she took car and charged me 2 days money. I loose 1 extra day payment and i went to my home in cab ,It is totally unfair. I suggest everyone to avoid this place, the lady in counter not even respect customers.
The car was ok, but EVERYTHING else about this rental location was 100% terrible! I did online check-in to expedite the process, however upon arrival, I had to wait in line for 45 min and then the agent pretended as if I had not done the online check in. The check in agent signed me up for all the additional insurance despite previously declining it and telling him I wasn’t interested. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD after drop off and SAVE YOUR GAS RECEIPTS - even though they noted 8/8 fuel on the form, they charged me $24.54 for a completely full tank. They don't answer their phone so you have to call AVIS corporate to dispute. I highly recommend you take pictures of the gas tank on the car before drop off too. If you are like me who is used to complimentary car upgrades from other airports as a rewards member,this is not the right location for you. Its a straight no from them even if you ask for an upgrade to a tiny SUV from an intermediate car. The distance from the AVIS car rental desk to the pick up and return parking lot is a bit challenging if you have luggage. The rental desk is however located facing the baggage claim area.
The staff was deceptive. While they did say that cars are available initially as soon as they learned that we needed a replacement, they bluntly said no availability. Made us wait 20 mins in queue for nothing!
