Unacceptable Experience! The staff at the Sanford location was rude and unprofessional. Without any valid reason, they called the police during a simple conversation. It was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I’ve reported the incident to Avis corporate. The staff member took back the agreement and marked it void without hesitation. When I requested a cancellation form, she ignored me. Later, she began yelling and called the police loudly, forcing them to explain to her what she did wrong. They don't accept debit card at this location which is very frustrating and doesn't make any sense when debit card is more secure than credit card
