I have been renting with Avis for years at The Sanford airport. The customer service is outstanding. Vanessa is an outstanding customer service representative. And because of the service I’ve received I continue to come back. Great prices and nice cars.
Absolutely unacceptable to return the keys on time and be told “you’ll get a receipt as soon as I check in the car.” and then find out they didn’t check the car in until the next day. This caused them to doubled my charges. If you love wasting your life fighting fraudulent credit card charges, rent here!
Worst service ever!! Made me pay the reservation and when I went to pick up the car they told me there was none!
Worst Rental Experience Ever – Avis/Budget If I could give zero stars, I would. Avis/Budget managed to pull off the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. • We had a confirmed reservation. • We called ahead to confirm the car. • They charged the card.
