I have recently rented a car at this location at 9:00 am. The rental agent was very nice and handed me the paper works. We went around the car and and spent at least 5 minutes. After spending a few minutes inspections. I drove off the car out the parking lot. As I was driving the sun hit the windshield of the car, I have noticed a crack on the windshield. The ladies here are amazing! We had read bad reviews for this location and almost rented elsewhere. I’m glad we didn’t. They were so sweet! The district manager also happened to stop by at the time and she was great too. We were able to give recognition to the ladies in the office and our positive feedback. We actually ended up chatting with them for about 30 minutes before we left lol. Great location, great selection of cars and great customer service! We will definitely rent here again if we need to in the future.
Super friendly staff. We look forward to using this location during our next visit!
