Lady at the desk did my reservation over the phone didn't get an email or text about my reservation. And kept my 200
The lady that is here was very rude. My son dropped the truck here but there is NO clear sign where to leave the key. So I brought it this morning. She said his telephone number was disconnected although he was calling me from it. There is no reason to be nasty. If you want excellent customer service dont come here
Best rental place and service good people
Awesome customer service. Mary was so helpful as I converted my Rental from return in Los Angeles to Peoria. She was able to get me the best value. The car was fantastic. I enjoyed every minute driving it.
