I worked with Jake at this location, he was an imenese help, and very friendly. Will definitely rent from here again! The car we got was clean, and ready to go. Pick up and return process was straight forward and painless.

Beware of incorrect fees! We rented from the FNL Avis location (4900 Earhart Road) inside of the airport. The car we rented worked as expected. When we returned, we returned the car back to the same spot and dropped the keys off after hours at the same desk where we rented the car. When the receipt was emailed, we were charged a "one way fee" for dropping off the car at 4824 Earhart Road despite dropping the keys in the after hours box at the same place we rented the car. New renter. They didn't offer any insurance. The first guy was unfriendly. Moreover, the front door was a security buzz me in door....one and done with Avis.

I was presented with a car that had not been cleaned, it had crumbs and overall was dirty inside and out. I then spoke to Matt who gave me a different car and it was not cleaned, dog hair was present and overall old and dirty inside and out. I went back into the rental area let Matt know that I needed a clean car and to please ensure that it was clean before it was presented to me. Matt said he would get me different rental.
