I will never rent from the Avis in upland or any Avis I was never told that if I bring my rental car back early that I would still be charged the whole 8 days still the guy said it’s because we’re giving you a discount man that’s not a discount so when you rent they should tell you all this cause believe me had I’ve known that I would have went to enterprise rent a car they are the best I will never ever come back to Avis again there rip offs

This review is based on my actual, documented experience, supported by video and photo evidence, renting a vehicle through the Uber partnership at this location with an employee named Javier (who at one point told me his name was “Joe” and outright refused to provide it, telling me to “look at the receipt” instead). Despite the number of negative reviews, I’m surprised this location remains in operation. During a recent attempt to rent a vehicle, my significant other had a very concerning experience with an employee named Javier. He stated that the gas tank was full when it clearly was not, and he also indicated that my significant other had been entered into the Uber system, which later turned out not to be true. If I could give 0 stars I would. Javier WILL scam you. He will lie to your face, and even give a fake name "Joe". Do not trust this location, he tried to scam me multiple times when I rented a vehicle recently through the Uber partnership. Javier tried to scam me for a full tank of gas when the tank was at half and was fully prepared to let me walk out the door with "Full" on the pink slip after he had "checked the tank" for me. I came here for my Uber Rental. They wouldn't take my Chime so I used one of my other banks. They made me sign up with app and join their service and then said I'm denied. They recommended I use my Uber card. I'm confused. I'm wondering what difference an Uber card would make.
