Truly it takes effort to be so bad. Took 1.5 hours to get the car at midnight and there were about 15 people in line behind us. Avis used to be a favorite but don’t think I could stomach that again. Oh and when we did finally get the car it smelled like cigarettes (and we have 3 kids). Couldn’t even go and ask for a new car because it would probably be another 30 minutes at least.

They take 30 minutes per customer to rent a car. I’ve seen people buy a house in less time than it takes this location to handle your reservation. 4 people in line, you’ll be waiting two hours.

We arrived at 12:15 am. It's been an hour and they have not gotten to us yet. No one has told us why they are taking 30 minutes per customer or how long it will be. I have small children with me. The AC doesn't work. I don't understand how any business can operate this way. Update: it took about 90 minutes to get our car. I loaded the baggage and kids, got on the road and then noticed the smell. Overwhelming to the point of eye watering when the air is running, it just was not acceptable for anyone, let alone small children.... read more

This company has the worst customer service ever you give people a hard time. I got a card from them and the car has a check engine on and do not want to switch it for me to the same size. I have I’m paying $4000 for the month And she say sorry we don’t have any car similar. The one you have we will give you a smaller one I don’t recommend like what the airport location.

I rented a car for a 4-day, 3-night trip to Niagara Falls in Canada. A charge of $104.73 appeared on my card under "Etollavis," followed by an additional $11.38 today, totaling $116.11. However, no receipt or breakdown of these charges was provided. The amount seems excessive, and I can't help but suspect that these charges may have been intentionally misapplied.
