I came here with a confirmed reservation. I show up and they are telling me there are no cars available. Ridiculous
Dieser Laden macht direkt einen schlechten Eindruck und wenn man genauer hinschaut wird der Eindruck nochmal verschlechtert. Unser Mietwagen war erst nicht verfügbar weil er einen Platten hatte, was wir aber erst nach 30min Wartezeit erzählt bekommen haben. Bei unserem Ersatzwagen tauchte direkt eine Fehlermeldung im Cockpit auf, da das Wischwasser leer war. Wie arbeiten diese Menschen bitte? Wie kann man denn 30min brauchen und dann nichtmal ein übergabefähiges Fahrzeug zur Verfügung stellen ??? Der Mann ist ständig panisch... read more

reserved a car at this place, when i arrived there was no car at all in the parking lot. also there was another individual waiting there. The employee said that there will be no car coming this day and we needed to come back for another day. after some talks that it was not acceptable the employee went calling and found a car on the other side of Jersey. had to make costs to get an uber as the location was a 20 min drive. luckily the car was there but not cleaned at all, and no fuel in it. the early check in for our next hot... read more
