These people cancel your reservations, forget about your reservations or give you a big downgrade. Then they don't even transfer you to another Avis location. Very poor service.

My experience with Avis was frustrating from start to finish. I reserved a specific vehicle class well in advance, only to be given a completely different car without explanation or apology. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and the lack of communication made the entire process stressful. I tried to resolve the issue directly but was met with vague responses and zero accountability. Dean was rude and unprofessional. I reserved a Ford Edge or similar car, and I was given a much bigger bronco. When I asked for an Edge that I saw in his lot, he aggressively said he had some parked but they weren't cleaned and we would have to go to the airport if we wanted another car. When I got to the Bronco, I found out it was dirty, with dirt on the floor and crumbs all over the center console. Also, his wife butts in when no one is talking to her. Zero stars.
