Very happy with the service in this Avis Oshawa location, especially appreciative of Ruban, along with his lovely wife and co-worker, who is always striving to accommodate our car rental needs. Highly recommended.
It has been a joy to deal with Ruban and his lovely wife. They are polite, informative , knowledgeable and super efficient. I used enterprise car rental for many many years from 2000 to 2025 and they did receive many thousands of dollars during this time. Unfortunately in 2025 I had a very bitter experience with one of the reps at enterprise rental on Simcoe Street north, Oshawa he lied to me and I was very disappointed . 2 staff on a Saturday, only 1 to help book, small chat and laughter as there is a line up for service. Slow like cold syrup pouring. Wouldn't recommend for prompt in and out. Asks non relevant questions and continues to create a false sense of friendship while time is of the essence and your waiting in line like Pearson International Airport CBA. No one, no one, wants to wait in line for a car rental.
5 stars all the way! Great customer service, smooth pickup and return, and a very clean, reliable vehicle. I’ll definitely rent here again!
