I have had very good experience renting from this place. I have been renting from this location multiple times since late 2025 and the experience has been smooth and without any issues. Ruben is very friendly and helpful.
Great experience, more than willing to accommodate extensions - all together a very pleasant experience. I did the manager special through a third party and was very happy with the service provided by Avis Oshawa! Below is a photo of the car being cleaned prior to pick up.
This place definitely deserve 0 stars. The experience was not convenient and customer service was horrible. He asked for 2 pieces of ID and says IT WAS required. The website and policy says MAY so the discretion is at the location. Both meanings are different causes and effect. The policy is ambiguous and discriminatory when all other competitors are far more convenient and the process of renting a car is easy and quick. The customer service provided by Ruben and his team was truly outstanding. After going through a very stressful few days following an accident, their kindness and support made a world of difference. Ruben went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and with care. What could have been a difficult experience turned into a genuinely positive one. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism and compassion—thank you for everything!
The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. I have rented from them 3 times in the last two months, twice were with short notices. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. Very customer focus. I would definitely recommend them.
