I’m not sure what issue this establishment or the people employed have with black people , however when I went with some good friends. I watched them give us the run around while asking for things that are not required when I was looking online. When we visited another location we were met with completely different requirements. This is very disgusting behaviour. The employees as well as the company should be ashamed of themselves.
the service was excellent and so quickly put through, i had the car for a week and it was such a nice drive, if i need a rental again, definitely coming back here! thank you to the front desk man for being so nice!

Our car broke down unexpectedly, and Ruban at the Oshawa Avis/Budget location was incredible. He was calm, friendly, and got us into a rental quickly that fit both our size needs and our budget. Thanks to his excellent service, we’ll definitely return to this location in the future.
