I have rented from this location two times in the past month and have had abnormal issues both times. The first time I rented from here I was given the car that I reserved, only it had two bald front tires. One of the tires was so worn down that the steel cords were showing. When I discovered the issue I spent my afternoon dealing with roadside assistance for them to collect the car and had to cancel my plans for that evening. I had a fantastic experience with Avis! The booking process was simple, the staff was friendly and professional, and pickup was quick and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, and the whole process was efficient from start to finish. I really appreciated the clear communication and smooth service—made my trip stress-free. I’ll definitely be renting from Avis again!

I had a great experience with Avis. The manager Jasmeet went above and beyond to make sure we got a vehicle. Even though we reserved a large SUV 3 weeks in advance due to a car shortage Avis could not guarantee a large car. We needed a 1 way rental to move my daughter out of state. Jasmeet was super responsive throughout keeping us informed he was able to secure and hold a minivan for us. We had to pick it up earlier than we wanted. Very friendly people, positive vibes deff a plus with any customer service! Car was very clean too would deff get from here again. I wasn’t given an old car either like some places when you book something else and get some older car that smells. Deff recommend this place!
