I have always had a great experience at this location!
One of the worst experiences ever! Booked a reservation 9/17/25 and show up on the day of the reservation (10/12/25) and the employee behind the desk says “oh you were on my list to call, we have no available cars”. He then suggested I call other locations to see if they had cars which they didn’t. How is a car rental company going to book/take reservations they cannot actually fill?? I called Enterprise and they were able to get me a car immediately. I would never use Avis and specifically never this location.
Had an Amazing experience! Staff were super polite and very helpful!! Got a Clean car, and their Office smelled Super nice. Easy In-N-Out!!
