Worst customer service
I have rented from this location two times in the past month and have had abnormal issues both times. The first time I rented from here I was given the car that I reserved, only it had two bald front tires. One of the tires was so worn down that the steel cords were showing. When I discovered the issue I spent my afternoon dealing with roadside assistance for them to collect the car and had to cancel my plans for that evening. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, and the whole process was efficient from start to finish.
