No problem with the rental , easy to pick up and leave off .
Extremely disappointed. I returned the car early with a full tank, yet I was still charged for fuel. completely inaccurate charges and unacceptable. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Great place agent has great customer service
Car was good and employees were decent enough but somehow i went from original going to be $300 to being charged $500. I guess the devil is in the details. Also, lady said gas would be cheaper from them but Im pretty sure there was some extra charges in there.
We had a great experience with Avis at the Cedar Rapids airport. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful and gave me a choice of cars within our chosen category, as well as the option to upgrade. We were informed that if we left the fueling of the car up to them, the price per gallon was actually less than the going gas station rate.
