Had a reservation scheduled a week in advance for pickup, but when I arrived on the day of my reservation, I was told they could not provide me with a rental. I received no prior notice that my reservation would not be fulfilled. They also stated that their systems were down, so they were unable to assist me at all. To make matters worse, the front desk representative was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.
Great service. I was able to book online and pick up same day. I will return for future rentals.
