Booked a rental car which was not ready for pickup when I arrived and it had a cracked windshield. They went back and forth and then decided it was safe to rent out. I took the car for 2 days and returned it. Almost 2 months later I’m being charged without any notice for causing a crack on the windshield? Thank God I spotted the charge and called customer service to reverse it which was only possible because I had pictures and videos on the day of pickup.
OMG, this place should have at least a four-star rating. @Nilah, especially for her fantastic customer service and her extreme knowledge. I’ve never rented a hybrid vehicle before, and I tell you what, with the weather in Atlanta last week, I don’t know what I would’ve done. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Highly recommend this location.

I wish I would have asked the name of the lady who helped me, but I just want to say I had a fantastic hassle free experience. The pick up was quick and I was delivered a nice clean free vehicle. Drop off was just the same. I had one small need on my end at pickup that the staff was more the willing to accommodate. Can't say enough good things about this Avis.
