Had a reservation, the manager called me 1 hour before my pickup time to say they allowed my vehicle to be extended to the previous user and that the only other vehicle available was a tank with an upcharge. Some rep called me back and said no promises but maybe another Avis in Atlanta would have something. The incompetence at this location is palpable. I'm not paying for your mistake, you fix it. Side note, Enterprise got me fixed up with a very nice vehicle and I was on the road in no time. Many thanks!
My daughter always rents with a debit card due to not having a credit card available. She rented from Avis in TX on her debit card, no problem. She rents this way all the time. She turned in the car the day after arriving in GA. Now she reserved a car via Priceline to return to TX, who charged her debit card for the required debit card deposit. She gets to this Avis location to pick-up her car and they tell her she is ineligible because she’s using a debit card!!! She just rented a car through Avis in TX WITH HER DEBIT CARD ... read more
Realicé una reservación así como el pago 3 meses antes de la fecha y el día que voy a buscar el vehículo me informan que no tienen disponibles ¿Cual es la finalidad entonces de la reservación? Fue una pérdida de tiempo y falta de respeto hacia cliente; arruinaron por completo un paseo familiar que tenía programado. No recomendado por supuesto 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
DO NOT REN from this place!! My card got charged for another week even extra week AFTER I turned the car in! The car was absolutely filthy and they are highly unprofessional!
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! They will allow you to book a car from this location, and then you get here and they don't even have any cars to rent to you. And on top of that Avis offers zero solutions to help you in this situation. You're better off going elsewhere
