RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…. I had been renting from this place for several years as a Preferred Customer. However, this time takes the cake. I Prepaid 2 months Prior to guarantee availability and a great rate. They rented me a Suburban(Premier Vehicle) with 4 Bald Tires. I was on the side of the road TWICE in 3 days!!! I paid out of my pocket for 1 new tire because that is all roadside service would cover. I had to use my own personal AAA for the other one. I made a reservation on Tuesday night to be picked up Wednesday morning at 11 AM. I called Wednesday morning to confirm the reservation and make sure there was a car available and I was told yes there was a Toyota Corolla for me. I asked if there was anything larger than that because it’s for an Uber rental Was told I could do either a Toyota RAV4 or a Mustang mock E they emailed me another confirmation for the specific Car I paid a friend 50 bucks to take me out there. Do not rent from here! The employees are very rude and have no customer service experience.I rented a car here and it smelled like someone was smoking it in every day. I called the office to report the issue, the guy that answered the phone asked me "what do i expect him to do about it". If I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t go to this location for Uber Rentals, they don’t honor Uber drivers reservations. They will tell you they only have electric cars at a higher rate for you and rent out gas cars to regular reservations to other customers
