I only gave one star so I could move to the next section to leave a summary for my review.This place deserves zero stars. The customer service is awful. They are not welcoming and they try to charge you for not bringing back the car on full. When you did not receive it on full. Then they will tell you you have to take up any grievances with AVIS customer service. Absolute worse customer service. If you don’t take pictures as your “receipt,” they will charge you in every way! The manage is the culprit. I will dispute the entire charge!

There’s a reason this location has less than stellar reviews. If you read the reviews, take them at their word. They let you book cars that they do not have at the location, and do not give you options to accommodate you. Rashawn (spelling is wrong I’m sure, but the guy with an accent) claimed he did not have my vehicle because I was an hour late. I went on the website and it said it was still available, so I rebooked. I went back inside, he let me know “we do not have any SUVs available” and I had to push for him to tell me... read more

I had some dog hair on the the back seat floorboard. They charged me a 400 dollar cleaning fee. I used to use this location for car rentals...never again.
