Im not sure what the guy's name is but whoever was closing today on Saturday, November 1st, is a great person. There was an issue with my company's credit card when I was trying to get a car for a work trip, and he did 200% of what he had to do. He stayed an hour past his usual time to try his best to get the system to accept. It was not Avis' fault at all why it wasn't working, we both knew this, but he still stayed an hour past his time.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. The took care of us, made it an easy experience and made sure we are happy with our vehicles. We also forgot sunglasses and cash in the car on return and they let us know about it themself and assisted with having it sent over to us. My trust is earned by Avis in Guelp. Thank you
Worst experience, staff was rude and didn’t provide all information. Also, the policies are hidden. Never getting a car from here again.
Buyers beware, deceitful clerk. I had made a reservation for a car for $148. Turns out I needed to change the return location to London airport, which I was told would add $200, but the clerk said he would "be able to knock $100 off that fee". He also said he would need a better car as he'd be the one driving it back from London - something I assumed he would cover the cost of (unclear if he did). Final bill however came in at $516.
