The team is always kind and helpful. I have been a regular for 5+ years and I have always been well looked after.
Got a great car on a great price and the service was excellent.
I rented a car from this location for an 8 am pickup on a Monday, but the location was still closed when I arrived. I called Avis at 8:30 am and they said that it should have been open at 8, but were unable to contact the staff as their phone directory was down. The only compensation they could offer was 20% off my current rental, but could not say when their staff would arrive. They said there would be no compensation if I cancelled my reservation.
