Super friendly but very slow. Not much car selection and they have rules and processes i have never had to deal with at other dealerships like having to have a local address to rent. I travel a lot and rent cars and I rent cars because I am not local.
I’m very pleased with my experience renting from Avis for my five-day trip to Toronto, Canada, from the USA. The manager was extremely helpful and I received a clean comfortable Dodge Durango at a very reasonable rate. The entire process was quick and easy, from picking up the vehicle to returning it. I’m highly satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from Avis again. Highly recommended!
While the staff was pleasant, they failed to provide me with a valid insurance card for the entirety of my rental. In fact it was only valid for 2 days of my month long rental. So when I was stopped by a police officer, I was issued a $66 ticket for invalid insurance. At the store level they could not provide me with any compensation. As a word of caution I would always recommend making sure the insurance is valid in the vehicle they provide for you— not just at this place but at all rental agencies.
Great experience with Syed who helped us with our rental needs. Car was ready for the pickup when we got there and quickly done the paperwork. Excellent service by Syed.
