Avis Norman, Oklahoma always has the best rate possible. The guys working are very helpful. I 100% recommend using Avis.
I ordered a car, wasn't available. They cancelled the car then called back to say they got one. THEN, I get over here and they inform me of several different policies that were not discussed with me on the phone call beforehand. I had to pay for a ride to and from the location and I specifically came here because I was promised a car that was not guaranteed. The communication needs to improve. I wasted 30 bucks.
