Dirty, smelly, nasty, rude, incompetent. I made a reservation online with a card. Got to the store to pick up the car. Had the same card that I paid with online with me physically and the rude man said the computer is telling him its not the card I paid with (it was) and I cannot pick up a car if we use a different card. Never in my life has this been an issue.
I had a great experience with this Avis location. I ended up using this location last week after another location canceled my SUV reservation at the last minute, so I was a bit skeptical going in, especially after seeing some of the reviews. But they completely exceeded my expectations. They had a car ready to go as soon as I arrived, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Do not rent from this location, they will not have the car you requested on site, will not tell you they don’t have the car ahead of time, and will down sell you on a vehicle you didn’t ask for.
Never book any car here cause u will not get one if u even have appointment! They will just say we are out of any cars for now and you wil just walk away and waste your time !
Wish I could give 0 stars. Rented a car for $200, got a car with a half tank. Ok not a huge deal, return car, took the hit and filled up the tank all the way - "Misc fee" of $105, road safety fee of $32, some other bogus fees all added, total cost $377. No inspection, no proof, eg
