Dan was phenomenal. We came in with a leaking rental car from another Avis and he quickly swapped out our cars with amazing customer service. Thanks Dan!

Got charged for an upgrade and it was not communicated. Rented an economy car for 4 days. Only kept the car 2 days. Total when booking online was $322. Total when we turned the car in 2 DAYS EARLY was $711. Called customer service. Were told we should have communicated better on our end. Their explanation, "Your size car wasn't on the lot so you were upgraded and charged for the upgrade." I'M PISSED. I will never use Avis again. Will tell others not to, either.
