I reserved a car while on vacation. There was no car available and I was not able to find another car through a different rental company. This ruined our plans for our vacation.
Garbage customer service.
Rented from the airport and it was nothing but issues. I stopped by here to get things looked at and the lady working was incredibly helpful and fixed everything. It’s so much better to come to the small franchise owned vs airport.
