One of the worst customer experiences I ever had. Extremely rude and incompetent lady (owner) working there. Avoid at all cost. They refuse to rent the lower end cars that you reserved (to charge extra for bigger ones) and don't recognize company discounts or deals. When I asked for my employer's contract to be recognized (e.g. insurance would already be included due to my employer's deal with Avis), very quickly, the lady working there refused to even rent me a car at all. Oh boy, where to start. I arrived to pick up my reservation. The door was locked, but fortunately the staff was just hanging out behind the desk and could unlock the door. They first tried to give me a charger. I had rented a midsize SUV, and when I brought this to their attention, they first told me that “a charger is an SUV.” When I said that it isn’t, they said they only had a full size SUV, and it would be an upcharge - which, is not my responsibility, but I was in a hurry, so I didn’t argue and figured I’d dispute it la... read more
