Efficient pickup up with friendly staff. Nobody around for mid-afternoon drop-off. That was a surprise, but was able to drop key in self-drop.
Awful customer service and deceptive business practices. They'll quote you one rate online and after you hit 'checkout' they add an additional 30% in tax and fees. Their competitors clearly show this, but AVIS hides it to appear competitive.
