Sam was a complete life saver and got me a rental car even though everyone was sold out. I am endlessly thankful!
Complete scam - stay FAR AWAY. They tried to fraudulently charge for: 1. Gas (we have credit card proof that we filled the tank) 2. Roadside assistance (which we did NOT sign up for) 3. “Radio fee” (which we NEVER signed up for, but were told by the lady on the phone “if the radio worked then we’re charging you for it) 4. $50 toll fee (which is not how tolls work in rental cars; since you can’t log on to pay the tolls online since this isn’t our personal car, the fee should go to Avis and then to us, which is around $7.50 fo... read more
There was nobody at the counter and I had to wait almost 7 to 10 minutes for somebody to show up
