Some clerks are so concentrated on selling their extra products and insurance...!!! So annoying~~~ I am loyal to Avis but... not sure for how long
They gave me a car that had a start/stop issue. The car stalled on me twice on the road. They won't even deliver me a replacement car. Had to go back to LAX. And the issues didn't stop there

These guys, are the best!! The most courteous, and if your flight is late, they don’t leave you or close like others. Instead they are waiting on you to arrive. The night shift going the extra mile!
