Gave them a 2 star because the base model Toyota Corolla I got was not clean and was empty of washer fluid for the front window. As someone who rents from them a lot, felt like they gave me the cheapest car they had.
Nice car
My wife rented a car on a business trip. Absolute nightmare. Terrible customer service and to top it off they gave her a broken car. Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs especially for business travel.
Terrible customer experience they rented me a car with a check engine light and then it went into limp mode before getting out of the parking lot. The second car they gave me smelled of pot. The third car had a low pressure light on in the tire. The employees acted as if they didnt care at all.
Very slow staff and have been missing cars multiple times despite having a reservation. Cleaner experience renting from hertz at this airport.
