I am Avis preferred and rented a pick up full size not a tiny crossover the Clerck said they had no pick up trucks but I have rented pickup trucks in the past. This vehicle they gave me was very dirty in the outside I do not plan on cleaning it upon return.
Gave them a 2 star because the base model Toyota Corolla I got was not clean and was empty of washer fluid for the front window. As someone who rents from them a lot, felt like they gave me the cheapest car they had.
Nice car
My wife rented a car on a business trip. Absolute nightmare. Terrible customer service and to top it off they gave her a broken car. Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs especially for business travel.
