I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental company. I reserved a car a week before my trip and expected everything to be ready on the day of pickup. However, just two hours before my scheduled pickup time, I received a call telling me they didn’t have a car available for me. I was completely shocked. Excellent service; the person providing customer service is a great person.
Very disappointing experience. Avis canceled my confirmed reservation at the last minute, leaving me with no time to make other arrangements. A confirmed reservation should be reliable, and this level of service is unacceptable. I expected much better from a major rental company and cannot recommend Avis based on this experience
