Excellent communication and fast service Highly recommended
I made a reservation a month ago and less than 24 hours before my rental pick up I got a call saying the vehicle I reserved is no longer available and if I wanted the same vehicle I can pick it up from another location for 3 times the price. Ridiculous and unprofessional that they waited till the last minute to notify me of this knowing full well prices elsewhere would be significantly higher. Booked a month in advance with discount code. One day before the trip they call me and don't have vehicle... great business practice.
Overcharges and additional charges that more than doubled the car after it was returned. Do not rent here.
They claimed they had to send the vehicle to get cleaned from animal hair. I don’t even own animals be careful renting from this place. They will scam you
