I made a reservation a month ago and less than 24 hours before my rental pick up I got a call saying the vehicle I reserved is no longer available and if I wanted the same vehicle I can pick it up from another location for 3 times the price. Ridiculous and unprofessional that they waited till the last minute to notify me of this knowing full well prices elsewhere would be significantly higher.
