I had a reservation set for 12:00 PM, and due to a late ride, I arrived at approximately 12:15. The doors to the location were open, and an employee, Eli, was standing there doing nothing. When I approached to pick up my vehicle — a reservation that was already paid for and confirmed in advance — he told me they were closed for the day. Booked rental car weeks in advance with a large deposit put down. Was going to be late due to traffic and called. I was reassured that my vehicle would be held for me. I walked in at the same time as another man. He was just a walk in with no reservation and I watched the manager/owner hand the guy the keys to the car I had reserved (i saw the vehicle in the lot when I arrived).
