Car was extremely dirty! There were pieces of food! We had to wait a couple of HOURS to have the car cleaned and even then it was not super cleaned. Tire pressure was also low. Just a bad experience in general! We got super delayed with our plans.
David was helping another person in front of me. The lady was older and confused on the details. He explained everything so gently and compassionately, I have not been so impressed with someone in customer service in years. I was moved by this exchange and he had no idea I was watching, listening, or that I would write a review. Pure kindness and professionalism. Great human.. Avis is lucky to have him.
My review is specifically about the Avis/budget rental location on 1615 Redlands Blvd, Redlands CA. On 28 April, I reserved a vehicle online for approx 45 days. The young man behind the counter stated the car could not be rented past 30 days. He provided no reason except his computer would not allow it.
