Horrible experience. Rented a car with expired registration and inspection. Very sketchy. Please do not rent from them. They are telling me no refund because I drove it off the lot for 15 minutes and then realized. I will be having this charge frozen from my card company
My experience with Avis car rental @1831 route 112 in Medford is outstanding & all staff working there is fantastic especially the manager Tricia she does a excellent job very polite & professional & gets the job done with no problems I give her 10 stars on everything she ,is a very hard working manager never have no complaints at all she does her job to the fullest & that’s my experience with Avis car rental
The people that work at this location are so friendly and go over and above to get you the best car, best price and even help you with anything they can do you don't have to sit on hold with customer service. I don't rent anywhere else.
This family owned franchise is everything you need to keep it real!
I returned a car here, and started chatting with Dawn, who was super friendly. We discussed an upcoming rental and she went out of her way to help us get the best vehicle/price for our needs. She also took the time to help register me into the preferred customer program to help alleviate issues that I had encountered at a different Avis rental location.
