I just had to leave an outstanding review for Dawn who works here! Yesterday I walked in without a reservation with an out of state guest. He was looking to rent a car for two days during his visit. Since he doesn’t have a credit card to hold the reservation and wanted to use his debit card, he was refused a rental from at least eight other places. Avis for the win!!! When it came to three or four days before a big family vacation and we were almost stuck for a vehicle to hold the amount of people that we’re going all in the same vehicle, Avis made it happen. The two people that I specifically dealt with at Avis were instrumental in getting the vehicle that we needed. We were all very, very grateful that the staff was able to move some mountains and make this happen.
