Friendly and helpful staff
Rented a car with this location through Costco. When I arrived they did not have the car rented. They only had something more expensive. They would not honor the price arranged through Costco (per normal policy) for that car because ‘I had called the earlier’. The person there was an unfriendly type; not accommodating & not knowledgeable. Just kind of mean.
I have been renting from AVIS for a few years now. My last rental I was helped by Tyler and he was extremely friendly and made what could have been a simple transaction into a great experience.
While traveling, I used Avis to rent a car. When I arrived at the Lacey location, I was greeted by Tyler. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. If you are going to be traveling in this area, I highly recommend going through this Avis location. Ask for Tyler!
