I rented from this location due to an auto accident and specifically requested no added services due to not being able to be reimbursed by insurance for services. Come to find out they charged me $1026 for services I didn’t request. Then I was told they would refund me $650, waited over a month getting the run around, then I’m told they decided not to issue the refund! Horrible customer service!
Heads up to anyone renting and using a debit card- they will ask for your SSN and do a "soft credit check" you must have a score of 650 or higher to get approved. I recommend Enterprise, cheaper & no credit check required.
