Warning. You are on your own with this franchise. IT IS NOT REGULAR AVIS, just read recent reviews from the past year. I learned the hard way AvisAlaska is separate from Avis and had a less than positive experience at the Anchorage location on Saturday 9/7. To be fair, I purposely waited a week before sending this exact same note to customer service to see if I still felt the same.
