Rude sales associate behind the counter. I had my Uber already waiting outside and he tries to chase me down telling me that I "have" to wait for him to do the check. Never have I had an issue with dropping my rental off for return and not sticking around for the car check etc. That was a first for me - but his approach on going about it was all wrong. Literally he yelled at me which is big angry eyes
