Every time I come to this location I have a bad experience, there is always something stopping me from successfully renting a car issues I do not have at any other Avis location.
When I arrived they said to book online it’s cheaper and then I booked while in the lobby they said they don’t have any cars available . Then why tell me to go online and book it was only for two days ! And while I was in there the older Indian guy was arguing with a couple about charging for gas when it wasn’t full with pick up .
Not transparent about they're requirements for credit score and needing a credit card to hold on file (Enterprise and Hurtz allows atm cards w/$300,refundable deposit without need for CC) yhereflre ancompletenwastebof my time - and the man working therenwas condescending and rude - I commented that I wasn't aware nor was it mentioned when reserving online of the CC requirement and he said "well you understand that were allowing strangers to Drive our 20k-30k vehicles, so YES we want to be sure they can cover any liability" l... read more
