Returned a vehicle damage free. Now they’re claiming vehicle was dented.
Beware of hidden fees when renting a car from Avis. Customer service is also absolutely terrible
Bill was supposed to be $142 ended up being $247… tried to call to rectify and no one picks up the phone. Save yourself money and a headache and do not book with Avis. I used Expedia but Avis will charge you hidden fees. Beware of them scamming you with these “hidden fees”
