This is the place to go when Air Canada cancels all flights nationally and you need to panic rent a car for a one direction rental and nobody else can do i-- utterly professional, able to do things that other locations cannot, and as a bonus the office was even open 5 minutes before the stated time ( a small thing, but consistent with the way they seemingly work over all)--strongly recommend both in good times and bad

Very bad experience at this office. We booked a car thru their call center, confirmed availability and price. Upon arrival we were met by very rude agent named Pravin, whose attitude was not customer oriented at all. He said the car which we booked is not available ( although we confirmed it with their call center 2 hours before), and he said the rate at which we booked also he cannot give. He was trying to sell us a cheaper car for a higher rate. Totally spoiled our plans and our day.
