More of a negative experience Only good thing was that the Car was in a good condition. I don't know the names of the representatives present, one was pleasant to talk to. The other two who were present when returning the car were not pleasant at all. For small fuel difference they were haggling. It seems they are very interested to make $10 profit over keeping a customer for long term. Also, you can't return car outside the operating hours as they need to open the garage door. I’ve rented here multiple times and always have a great experience. Great service. Always good cars and I often seem to get a better car than expected. 10/10 would recommend!
