Not used this place yet but 2 stars as there is no information anywhere about where to drop the car off. Toronto is busy and I don't want to be trying to figure this out when we get there. I sent a message to the number but no reply. No email or Whatsapp message option either. Fingers crossed the drop off goes OK today! Happy to bump up the rating of this review if someone replies here. Update - we dropped the car in the car park entrance off Yonge Street, but apparently that's wrong. This is the place to go when Air Canada cancels all flights nationally and you need to panic rent a car for a one direction rental and nobody else can do i-- utterly professional, able to do things that other locations cannot, and as a bonus the office was even open 5 minutes before the stated time ( a small thing, but consistent with the way they seemingly work over all)--strongly recommend both in good times and bad
