What a nice man who owns this location and the service he provided and car provided was top! I’ll be renting here again.
Very bad experience at this office. We booked a car thru their call center, confirmed availability and price. Upon arrival we were met by very rude agent named Pravin, whose attitude was not customer oriented at all. He said the car which we booked is not available ( although we confirmed it with their call center 2 hours before), and he said the rate at which we booked also he cannot give. He was trying to sell us a cheaper car for a higher rate. Totally spoiled our plans and our day.

I book rental cars here very often. This place is very friendly and staffs actually listen to customers. Update: This place has improved a lot over the years. Praveen the person in charge has set the bar very high for any rental agency
