I got exactly what I planned for. The staff branch was very nice, helpful and friendly. I got the best last minute deal once i knew the night before there’s a funeral I had to attend. The only thing it was the limited mileage was only 175 allowances. However my round trip thank God was almost exactly 183 miles. So nothing more than a 2 or 3 bucks. Of course I would go again to rent from that branch but hopefully for a vacation. Much appreciated.
The manager/owner of the branch located in roslyn was so amazing. He helped me out with avis corporate on a few different issues that occurred with them. I highly recommend anyone to go to this branch in Roslyn 1500 old northern blvd

Terrible. The person running the place has no sense on customer service and call in last minute saying car is not available when the car is reserved weeks in advance. Don’t rent. I would give it a negative five rating. Change the management.
Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Not sure why there are negative reviews we had a great experience and have rented with them multiple times. Always clean cars
