I found myself in a really tough spot needing a vehicle same day with no other rentals available anywhere. Farooq stepped up and made it happen for me without hesitation. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant more than he knows. This is the kind of customer service you rarely find anymore — someone who genuinely cares about the people walking through the door. One of best location. The service manager there is best guy I ever deal with for rental service. He always try to help out.
Mr. Farooq helped us rent a car. He was very polite and he even helped me with 10% discount discount. We didn't order an advance, but he was very accommodating.
I have repeatedly had problems with this location not having any cars, despite the reservation being booked successfully through Avis' web site. It is especially a problem if you are doing it at the last minute. After some phone calls with Avis corporate, it is clear the there is actually zero inventory tracking and Avis literally has no idea whether there is a car available when they take your reservation.
