We reserved a 7-seat SUV, and the owner of the branch was super helpful from start to finish. On the day of our rental, there weren’t many cars available, but he tried really hard to secure a large SUV for us and even offered a free upgrade. The entire trip was smooth and stress-free. After we returned the car, he called us that we had accidentally left our keys in the vehicle—it was such a relief that he found them! An excellent experience overall.

I got exactly what I planned for. The staff branch was very nice, helpful and friendly. I got the best last minute deal once i knew the night before there’s a funeral I had to attend. The only thing it was the limited mileage was only 175 allowances. However my round trip thank God was almost exactly 183 miles. So nothing more than a 2 or 3 bucks. Of course I would go again to rent from that branch but hopefully for a vacation. Much appreciated.
The manager/owner of the branch located in roslyn was so amazing. He helped me out with avis corporate on a few different issues that occurred with them. I highly recommend anyone to go to this branch in Roslyn 1500 old northern blvd
