The incharge Mr Farouk is so rude,i had a traumatic experience with him.he got mad upon returning the car and learning i had it exchaged in another branch because there was some problem the steering.he told me he would not receive an incentive for what i did.i explained to him your concern is not the safety and convenience of the customer.threatened me not to rent with their branch next time. Oh my!!! Terrible person.worst agent i've encountered.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Horrible customer service and just blatantly lied. Would highly recommend staying a million miles away.

Booked a one way rental which can be an issue at small locations as they don’t like to lose their cars. The employee at the front was friendly and helpful. They only had one car left which was nicer than what I reserved and they happily gave it to me without the typical rental car shadiness or attempted upcharges. Will use this location again in the future.

Farooq is really helpful when you're in a pinch. We needed a car for a work trip from NYC to Washington, DC and it was one of those situations where time was really of the essence. I had a few issues with my cards getting approved, and Farooq went above and beyond to make sure I could get into a vehicle when I needed it. Thanks a lot Farooq!
