Been here several times, always got great service, some people just like to complain about anything.
BEWARE!!! What looks like a good deal is really not. 1st problem: the place closes at 6:00 and that was my rental pick up time although it didn't state that anywhere when I booked it. Had I not called ahead, we would have had a real problem. If we ran late, we wouldn't have had a car. Secondly, I tried to move up my reservation by 2 hours because the pick up time didn't work well with my husband's work schedule. They would only do it for a fee of $500 extra dollars!
