So far the worst experience renting a car that I've ever had. I made a reservation. Showed up at place and time. No car. No idea when car would be available. No idea why no car. No answering calls. Do not recommend them.
Oh no! Do not! Everything is great when they are taking your reservation and payment over the phone. We showed up 20 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. There was one person in front of us. When we gave our reservation information the attendant said, “I have ONE vehicle. It’s the one he just returned.” The attendant still had the keys in his hand. Myself and 3 other people were left waiting to pick up our reserved vehicles only to be told there were no vehicle to rent. What type of company allows you to either reserve a vehicle they don't have, or give your vehicle to whomever shows up before you? What's the point of having a reservation if it's essentially a first come first served situation?
