Do NOT rent from this place!! Upon pickup of the rental, I asked Mohammed if I could return the vehicle after hours. He said it would be no problem, and to place the keys in the drop box located to the left of the exit. I did that. Received a message from him that afternoon saying he couldn't find the key. I told him I put it where he told me to. I ordered a van 2 months in advance and 30 minutes before my arrival they call and tell me they don't have a van for me. The lady was rude on the phone with an" oh well your out of luck aditude " . They made no effort to make it right, no discount or anything. I would have given 1 star but my experience on the way home went well.(2 orders placed 1 to Texas and 1 back home)
Made a reservation for noon. They called me at 11:45 and said they don't have any cars right now. They would have one around 2 or 3. I never got a call back when a car arrived. I went to see if they had a car at 3 and they did. Before leave I asked the rep to make sure my rental starts at 3 and not 12 because they didn't have a car for me at the time of my reservation. They said the car was great and condition at drop off then 5 days later tried to fraudulently charge me 165.00. Dishonest company I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
