I recently visited Avis Rent a Car in Texas and, while my overall experience was not ideal, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Aston. His exceptional customer service and warm welcome truly made a positive impact. He greeted me with a smile and handled the situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his efforts, I am now more inclined to choose this Avis for my future rentals. Kudos to Mr. Aston for his outstanding service.

Outstanding customer service. I came in on a Sunday needing a rental for Monday. Ashton went above helping me secure a car that was originally for another customer. Great atmosphere. Very helpful.

I have been using Avis for a little over a year now for all my work trips. Ashton is the best!! He’s always in a good mood and is really helpful. There have been a few instances when I wasn’t able to give him much of a notice, but he still managed to make it happen. I won’t go anywhere else!
