The guy at the Avis front desk is the most unprofessional and bias person I have ever seen in my life. I booked a car rental online via Expedia for 9:30am, got to to airport 9am, he flatly told me I had to wait till 9:30am, whereas the Nissan car was readily available! I waited and came at the exact time 9:30am. Guess what? He was on his phone for 5 more minutes before he eventually attended to me. Sean was amazing and very helpful but the vehicle is ordered for family vacation was a 7 passenger and all they had was a 5 passenger vehicle so my vehicle was not saved even though I paid in advance. We had 6 people crammed in there and drove 15 hours to Florida and back. It was not at all pleasant. In fact they still owe me some money back because I paid for a 7 passenger vehicle but apparently the manager is on a leave and nobody has the authority to give me some money back

This will be my last time using Avis. I rented a vehicle for a private flight into the airport. When weather changed and we had to cancel the trip, I called Avis immediately and they said the order would be canceled and no charges would be done. Later that week, I was charged for the vehicle. I spoke to Avis 3 more times and told all 3 times I would get a refund, but it was never issued. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a rental car agency.
