Avoid at all cost they will give you one price in the app and than when you get there price be way more for cars that's not worth that much at all car ran down and very dirty

New owners were awesome. They due to incorrect hours posted on AVIS website they came in processed my reservation and offered their apologies for my inconvenience. Such a treat to have people who care about their customers like these guys do.

The guy at the Avis front desk is the most unprofessional and bias person I have ever seen in my life. I booked a car rental online via Expedia for 9:30am, got to to airport 9am, he flatly told me I had to wait till 9:30am, whereas the Nissan car was readily available! I waited and came at the exact time 9:30am. Guess what? He was on his phone for 5 more minutes before he eventually attended to me. Sean was amazing and very helpful but the vehicle is ordered for family vacation was a 7 passenger and all they had was a 5 passenger vehicle so my vehicle was not saved even though I paid in advance. We had 6 people crammed in there and drove 15 hours to Florida and back. It was not at all pleasant. In fact they still owe me some money back because I paid for a 7 passenger vehicle but apparently the manager is on a leave and nobody has the authority to give me some money back
