We normally rent from Avis so it’s extremely unfortunate that this location does not have the same standard as others. Unfortunately, we were left stranded due to this location. We had a reservation for 10:30am pickup which when we showed up the entire location was dark and doors were locked. We waited 30 mins and no one ever showed up. Sadly, I called the Avis number on the door and they have no way of contacting the owner or investigating what happened.
