Avoid this place like a plague… it might be a general Avis company issue but this location is worse. I returned the car 2.5 hours late, and was being told by the store manager over the call that I’ll be charged for an additional day, it’s in the contract I signed and there is so discount rate for a same day late return. Aka might as well return the next day. Спасибо менеджеру Инне. Это был отличный опыт аренды машины на 12 дней. Оформили все быстро. Машина новая 2024 года. Выбрали гибридный двигатель. Расход минимальный. Отдельное спасибо Инне за совет в выборе автомобиля для дальнего путешествия. Очень рекомендую. Это был лучший опыт аренды автомобиля.

Dear friends! This is the best Avis office I've ever seen. and I’ve been to Chicago, and Miami, and Orlando, and Los Angeles, and many others. The employees here are always responsive, sympathetic and trying to really help you, and not earn an extra $20 from you. I am very glad that I learned about this place and I always turn to them with enthusiasm. Come and you will definitely not regret it!
