I have been exclusively renting from Avis since 2015 and I must say they are the best hands down Newark de deserves kudos all day everyday the quickest service the safest cars if any Issues Lee takes care of things immediately

I have been a client of this store for years. Lee and Michelle are great to work with. The store is in an awkward location and does not have much signage, I hope Avis can support the store more, or relocate to an easier location. When I see some of the negative reviews here, I have to assume these people are either lying or wildly exaggerating their experience.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I visited the branch to return my rental vehicle and renew it for another month. I was accompanied by a friend, who simply asked about the renewal price. Instead of answering our question professionally, the employee became extremely rude and disrespectful. Avis,i came to drop the rented vehicle, at 7:30 , was the time supposed to be open,was waiting on gate to be open, a rude avis guy pulled behind me opens the gate, went in to drop the keys went, this dude was screaming and slamming doors, terrible service.
