I recently had a terrible experience at this location, primarily due to the guy named Bryant at the front desk. He was extremely rude and seemed incapable of communicating effectively with customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this location, especially if you see the guy with white long hair working at the front desk.

Completely Unacceptable Experience This is, without question, the worst car rental location I have ever encountered in nearly 20 years of living in Delaware. The Newark, DE Avis facility is in deplorable condition—run down, poorly maintained, and resembling an old warehouse rather than a customer-facing business.
