Friendly staff especially Ukrainian born young lady who remembered seeing my hospital wristband and asked how I'm doing. Cars nice & clean.
would have given zero if I had an option. took a cab in 100 degree heat and they tell me they do not have a vehicle to give. No call no contact that too with a preferred account.
Worst experience always! The employees here are not professional nor help a bit for the customers regarding anything related to a booking. Please shut this down center or fire all the staffs!
Best experience with rental place. First the customer sevice was amazing. They explained the process and what I was paying for. Showed me a vaiety of vehicles and recommended what would be best. Prices were reasonable and vehicles were well maintained. Never felt rushed or overwhelmed and any questions or concerns I had were responded to in a timely manner. Thank you. I will definitely use again.
