Very disappointing experience with Avis. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, there was no car available. The representative at the counter was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of trying to help or offering alternatives, he was dismissive and essentially told me there was nothing he could do. I rented an EV from Palm Coast, and was having serious issues getting it to charge on my way to the Orlando airport. I was at risk of missing my flight and running out of battery. I called this location last minute, and Arya provided such exceptional customer service it re-instilled my hope in this world. He dropped everything to help me out ASAP, and I was in & out of there with a fully charged car in under 5 minutes. Avis, you’ve got a good one in Arya, thanks for saving me today mate.
Wonderful experience. Mayur assisted us with out reservation and he was really kind, helpful and polite. The process was quick and smooth. It has always been a great experience here and would keep coming here for rentals!
